HOME INSPECTION

THE HOME INSPECTION

Inspection Overview

A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house from the roof to the foundation you are buying or selling, knowing the condition of the house guarantees a fair and smooth transaction, especially given today's cost of real estate.

The Inspection

Cardinal Home Inspection provides you with an unbiased evaluation of your property via a comprehensive visual examination of the home's accessible elements and components. We conduct our inspections in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice.

Scheduling

We offer quick, flexible scheduling. We make every effort to accommodate your schedule. Arrangements to schedule your home inspection can be made via our website, telephone, email or text message.

Your Participation

We encourage you to attend the inspection and participate in the process. You will be able to observe our inspector and ask as you learn about the home's condition, how its systems work and how to maintain it. If not able to attend, A typical home inspection takes approximately two to three hours.

The Report

Our detailed reports are computer-generated using state-of-the-art software and you can expect the following:

  • Clear/Concise information about your home

  • Valuable Information to address any deficient areas

  • Maintenance Solutions

  • Summary (quick reference)
