ABOUT CARDINAL HOME INSPECTION

We provide quality Home Inspection Services throughout Virginia's Piedmont Region.  Your well-being and potential investment are very important to me. I've been performing Home Inspections for 16 years, and bring over 30 years of experience in home repair and remodeling to my Home Inspection business. Some of my credentials are as follows;

  • Virginia Certified & Licensed Home Inspector, License #3380000538.

  • ASHI Certified Inspector (ASHI), Member #246966

  • National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) Certified Radon Measurement Specialist.

I received my training through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). I take numerous training classes and seminars to keep up with changes in the housing industry, building code changes, and to provide my customers with what they need to make an informed decision about their purchase. This also helps inform my clients about improvements that may make their home safer, more comfortable, more energy efficient, and better suited to their needs.

Buying a new home may be the biggest investment you’ll ever make. Although the process is very exciting, it quickly becomes overwhelming. While the home you've selected may appear to be just what you’re looking for, how can you be sure there aren't potentially serious unknown defects that can make your investment a costly one? Having your new home professionally inspected early in the buying process by Cardinal Home Inspection could save you thousands of dollars on items that may be correctable by the seller or the builder.

One of the most important aspects of the Home Inspection process is making sure you thoroughly understand the home and how its systems operate.

You should also know where the controls and valves are and what they’re for. I’m dedicated to providing you with this and more valuable information about your new home.

I thoroughly inspect all major components of the subject property to expose unknown defects and advise you about future maintenance requirements.

I’ll provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision.

You’re invited to join me during the inspection, so we can discuss the operation of the home and the maintenance requirements.
